  • EAF electric furnace refractories:

The converter capacity is 180 tons and the maximum smelting temperature is 1750°C.

  • Casting ladle refractory materials (including or excluding breathable bricks):

mainly used to transport molten steel to various stations for smelting. Contract with tons of steel. Mainly include ladle work bricks, work lining castables, corundum self-flowing materials, back seam materials, ramming materials (excluding construction), permanent lining castables, etc. The slag line material of the ladle refractory material is required to be fired into magnesia calcium, and the carbon content of the molten pool and the bottom brick is C≤5%. For every 6 packages, a set of permanent lining casting material is attached.

  • Transit ladle refractory material:

It is mainly used for the construction of the molten steel tapped from the electric furnace and transported to the transshipment ladle smelted on the converter. The characteristics of its refractory material are used to protect the ladle iron shell from being corroded by molten steel and ensure that its material composition is not Affect the normal smelting of molten steel.   • Electric furnace center ring and refractory materials:

  • Refractory contracting project for intermediate frequency furnace:

  • Filling sand:

  • Refractory cotton block:

classification temperature z1400°C, melting point: 1700°C, color: white, ZrO2≥14.5%.   • Converter permanent bricks:

Mainly built between the converter working lining and the furnace shell, used to resist the corrosion of molten steel to the furnace shell and have the function of heat preservation and heat insulation. There are a total of four types of permanent bricks for converters, which are placed in different positions of the furnace shell.   • SK32 refractory bricks:

mainly used for laying steel channels, laying emergency steel channel linings, and making walls in dust drop rooms. Size: 114*64*230mm, composition AL203≥40.0%, Fe2O3≤3%, bulk density≥2.0g/cm3, apparent porosity≤24%, compressive strength≥30MPA.

  • SK39 refractory clay:

use temperature T≥1700 °C, composition: Al203280%, particle size requirement: (≤0.074mm)≥70%, adhesion strength: ≥40 (kg/cm2) @ 1500°CX3H, 25kg/bag, The packaging bag should use kraft paper and have moisture-proof packaging.

  • CA1700 castable:

mainly used for the permanent lining of the bottom of the ladle, the refractory protection of important parts of the equipment such as the tapping trolley, slag tank trolley, etc. The service temperature T: ≥1700°C; the aggregate: diaspore. Ingredients: Al2O3≥80%, flexural strength 110°C x 24h≥20MPA, 1000°C x3h≥30MPA, 25kg/bag. The packaging bag should be made of kraft paper with moisture-proof packaging.

Continuous casting tundish refractory material and three-ton steel contract project:
  • Working layer coating material:

  • Tundish stopper rod:

The production of 200 and 300 series steel grades needs to reach 13 furnaces (inclusive), and the number of production furnaces for 400 series 3/4/5 feet steel grades must reach 6/7/8 furnaces (inclusive) respectively.   • Tundish long steel mouth:

  • Long steel mouth washer:

  • Tundish fire mud:

  • Tundish caulking material:

  • Semi-water-cooled refractory cover for refining furnace:

The thickness of the refractory material (more than 270mm) and the center opening distance of the refractory cover (1200±10mm) must meet the requirements. 304 stainless steel wire should be added to the refractory material to increase the strength.   • Ladle refining furnace electrode ring:
